Motivation Tips From Big Loser Contestants

I don't condone the approach they take on The Big Loser TV show. It is great for entertainment, but it is not realistic to expect an overweight, inactive person to get into the type of routines those contestants get. The only reason they can keep up with it is that they are competing for a prize money and are immersed on a different lifestyle 24 hours a day.

However, this article has some good tips. Interestingly enough, one of the tips is basically to take it slowly, one day at a time.
