Working The Treadmill May Curb Smoking

Scientists at the University of Western Ontario suggest smokers sweat it out on the treadmill to keep their cravings at bay. Working out might turn out to be an antidote to lighting up. The approach may well be used in tandem with nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). Having said that, it's common for subjects to relapse after having ceased the program. Hence, it's important for smokers to continue with their exercising regimen over the long term to minimize the chances of getting sucked back into addiction.
