Not So Sweet Dreams For Younger Adults

Recent research suggests younger adults, especially black and Hispanic, below 40 and exposed to irregular sleep habits, are at risk of putting on excess flab. In fact, the study discovered reduced sleep at night, and even excess sleep, contributed to unacceptably high gains in tummy fat - a major cause for such life-threatening conditions as diabetes and high blood pressure. Although the findings aren't conclusive, the implications are reason enough for concern. So, for those not able or inclined to give themselves the correct extent of shuteye, it's time to rethink their lifestyle.
