Teenagers Can Follow These Steps To Grab More And Better-Quality Sleep

Distraught and irritable teenagers are simply displaying symptoms of inadequate sleep which couldn't be altogether recouped over the weekend. A nationwide survey published recently in the Journal of Adolescent Health found that females, blacks and those in the higher grade levels were most vulnerable. There's hope yet, however, for teenagers finding it almost impossible to get a decent shut-eye at night. Danice Eaton, an epidemiologist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, suggests three ways parents can help their teens get enough sleep.
